The St Helena Police Officers Foundation has been dedicated in improving the wages, benefits, and working conditions of its members as well as being actively involved in the community we serve since 1976. All the members of our foundation are committed to the welfare and protection of every citizen in the city of S.t Helena.

POF Board of Directors is made up of three Executive positions: President, Vice-President and Secretary/Treasure; and five Director Positions. Elections for Executives and Directors are held in accordance with the Bylaws.

Terms for Executives are held for 2 years and for Board of Directors 3 years in length, pending re-election. The SHPOF Executives and Board of Directors are devoted to protecting the rights and benefits of all St Helena Police Officers.
